Archive.org didn't snag those files when it got that download page. OptMV102.exe had it's own page (not downloadable from it) and was also on the page for version 1.01, where both versions could be downloaded. For Windows XP, Windows Update will detect a Samsung Electro-Mechanics mouse and offer up a version 3.0.0.0 driver dated 9-10-2000 (US style date there). But you don't get a control panel. I have NOT tried either driver I downloaded with XP!
