Micro Innovations PD600RF Driver. Dual Wheel RF Wireless Mouse. 2 channels, 2 buttons, 2 rollers (horizonal, vertical and left roller acts as a 3rd button). Nice unit, but transmitter that plugs into computer needs to be away form other RF sources (don't lay it on top of the computer or monitor or it not operate properly.
