Compaq CPQ165KB, KBR0108 Driver. Compaq merged (more like submerged) with HP awhile back. This wireless Keyboard/Mouse (USB) is still actively marketed and the drivers are critical.
File Contents: The product is apparently made my Micro Innovations (mic-innovations.com) and I found the driver area for Compaq at

I uploaded the driver because it was so hard to find and from the looks of it the site may not last much longer.
Oh - no manual available that I could find.
