Vivanco EZ-6000 Driver. Took a long time to find this driver. Eventually found it on an unrelated Australian distributor of the keyboard.
File Contents: Keyboard actually originates from a Taiwanese company called EZkeys. No luck there either. Not even any documentation.
All keys work fine on this keyboard now. Have fun.
