Delta Electronics Driver. These are Generic Mouse Drivers that came off of an actual Manufactured Disk. I was unable to locate a company however. It says very simply on the disk "Mouse Driver". It also says it can be used for "DOS, WIN 3.1x/95/98, NT 3.51/4.0". I haven't tested it but I know it comes with a DOS install file and a Windows Install file and a README.
