Puretek PT-6009 Driver. This driver worked for my ufo like USB webcam which only said "USB" on the side. I found out it was a Puretek PT-6009 and downloaded this driver from their website. They have drivers for all Windows versions there (www.puretek.com.tw)! Hope this works for you as well )
