Microsoft SideWinder Force FeedBack 2 Driver. I used Windows 2000 to get the joystick working then extracted the drivers. I then started up Windows XP Pro. When asked for the drivers for the Joystick I pointed to the extracted drivers from above. The joystick now works with /Windows XP Pro
